The wifi was excellent, the staff helped us with directions, the breakfast spread was generous, and the location was convenient, being close to a nearby restaurant - we truly enjoyed our stay.

Really superb base for a short stay. Trendy boutique hotel with very friendly and gentle staff in assisting with problems encountered.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

I liked the fact that the room was totally new, well decorated and comfortable.
The location was somehow creepy, not recommended for girls travelling alone! But it is very close to the center.

clean in-house hotel with a few number of rooms. Quiet district. On the streets you could see prostitutes. Unfortunately they are very ugly. They don not bother you so you will feel yourself comfortable.

Thank you for a relaxing stay. The rooms here are newly decorated and decent size with comfortable bed. The location is stunning and magnificent, very close to center. Overall good food, plus there is Flamingo close by...

The atmosphere at Theater Hotel was quiet. The location is unbeatable - only a 10-minute walk to Brussels-North train station, airport, and a quiet area with great value for money. Close to La Longue Marche, a great dinner spot.

the rooms are really nice and comfortable and the hotel could be really good but the location... the quantity of prostitutes on this little street are really impressionant, in front of the hotel is a brothel and the level of noise (especialy on friday night) - the music from the open windows of cars, the cries and shouts, - is unsupportable

The room size was very generous. Staff extremely helpful.
The location - in the heart of a very open prostitution area - would not appeal to everyone. The good news is the rooms were great value for money - possibly because of the area.
